Welcome to Teresa Guiney Reflexologist & Energy Therapies where I offer a variety of holistic therapies from my treatment rooms in Killarney and Brosna, Co. Kerry.

I provide gentle, personalised reflexology treatments to support people of all ages and life stages. This includes support for fertility, pregnancy, menopause, babies, children, and teens, support for individuals who are neurodiverse or have special needs, and issues like stress, anxiety, pain, migraines, insomnia, while supporting overall wellness.

As an energy therapist, I intuitively blend a range of energetic tools, including IET, Reiki, DECH crystals, and Solfeggio tuning forks, to support the body in gently releasing suppressed emotions and healing unresolved trauma, restoring balance and encouraging deep healing.

I also offer deeply relaxing Indian head and face massage treatments, enhanced with crystal Gua-Shas and rollers, to promote calm and elevate well-being.

Reflexology and Energy therapies can promote deep relaxation and balance within the body, helping to improve health and well-being by tapping into your body's innate healing abilities.

Every session is guided by your needs. I listen deeply and work intuitively, combining gentle touch with energy, sound, and crystals to create personalised holistic treatments that nurture your body, mind and spirit.

As a registered member of the NRRI, many clients can reclaim treatment costs through their health insurance. Receipts for reimbursement are available on request.

Reflexology foot/hand,

Specialised: Fertility, Babies Children & Teens, Menopause, and Special Needs

Working the feet or hands stimulates the energy channels, thereby promoting healing and relaxation. Every part of the foot or hand corresponds to an area of the body and to each of the specific organs and systems. Reflexology helps to increase energy, helps with circulation, elimination of toxins, and calms the nervous system. During and after a reflexology treatment, the body begins progressively clearing blockages, re-establishing energy flows and balancing itself, resulting in better health.

Integrated Energy Therapy (IET)

Integrated Energy Therapy ® (IET) is a safe, gentle, nurturing way to empower and balance your life by helping you release patterns of the past for good. Feelings and sensations are stored in the cells of the body much like facts are stored in the cells of the brain.

DECH Crystals

Divine Essence Crystal Healing is a multi-dimensional healing system working on mind body and spirit activating the clients own healing abilities and connecting them with their own divine essence. Connects the client with the crystal kingdom and the earth’s natural ability to aid healing and empowerment of the individual

The session lasts approximately one hour and you are immersed in crystalline energies that your soul is resonating with at this time.

Reiki

A Japanese energy healing, stress reduction and rebalancing technique that promotes the body’s relaxation response and natural healing ability. The therapist places their hands over various energy centres of the body to energise and balance the body, mind and spirit. It helps treat physical problems, healing emotional stress and migraines, and can help with reducing inflammation.
